How do I refill my prescriptions?

You can refill your prescriptions:

  • Online: Submit a refill request
  • RxLocal: Sign in and request a refill
  • By Phone: (205) 259-7100
  • By Fax: (205) 259-7101
  • In Person: Visit our store or drive-thru

Most refills are ready within 1–2 hours.

Can I transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy?

Yes! We make it easy. You can:

  1. Call us at (205) 259-7100, and we'll contact your current pharmacy
  2. Ask your current pharmacy to transfer them directly
  3. Bring a paper prescription from your doctor

How early can I refill my prescriptions?

You can typically refill when you have about 7 days of medication left. If your insurance won't allow an early refill, we'll let you know and help you contact your doctor if needed.

What if I need a prescription filled outside of business hours?

For urgent medication needs outside our hours, contact a local urgent care clinic or emergency room. For non-urgent refills, reach out during business hours.

Do you charge a refill fee?

No! Standard prescription dispensing is included in your insurance or cash price. There's no extra fee for refills.

How do I know when my prescription is ready?

We'll contact you by phone or email (your preference) when your prescription is ready for pickup or delivery.
